PT. Mitra Stania Prima (MSP) is a national private mining company established in Pangkal Pinang, Bangka Belitung Islands Province. Its operation ranges from upstream sector, namely tin ore mining to tin smelting sector producing tin ingot as well as export of tin ingot products to local and international markets.

Tin ore mining activities of PT. MSP operate in Bangka Regency, Bangka Belitung Province spreading in 12 site points in Bangka Belitung Islands. PT. MSP owns a tin ore smelting factory in Jelitik Industrial Area, Air Kantung, Sungailiat, with production capacity reaching up to 6,000 ton tin ingot per year.

In the course of its business, PT. MSP has also engaged in cooperation with foreign companies (Malaysia Smelting Corporation Bhd) and local enterprises, including small-holder mining.

With Mining Authorization of Exploitation covering an area more than 3,000 ha, supported with tin smelting factory which is currently equipped with 5 furnaces, and supervision of production quality through its laboratory, PT. MSP seeks to become a high-quality and sustainable tin supplier in global market.
